A secure, high-performance web portal designed to handle the critical distribution of graduation results to thousands of students simultaneously, replacing traditional paper-based or unsecure messaging methods.

Problem

Distributing graduation announcements manually or through informal channels like WhatsApp groups often leads to data leaks, misinformation, and panic during high-traffic announcement hours.

Developed a secure portal utilizing Filament PHP for rapid administrative data entry via Excel imports, and a lightweight React.js frontend to serve student queries instantly without burdening the server.
