System Overview

QueueBot is an intelligent, headless automation layer acting as a digital administrative assistant. It intercepts messages, routes tickets, and interacts with PostgreSQL databases entirely through conversational interfaces.

Problem

School administrative requests, complaints, and general inquiries were piling up through unorganized, informal WhatsApp messages, leading to missed requests and slow response times.

Built an automated webhook pipeline using n8n to orchestrate logic between a Node.js (Bun) WhatsApp API gateway and a structured PostgreSQL ticketing database, transforming raw chats into trackable data.
