System Overview

VokaLink is an end-to-end digital ecosystem built specifically for Vocational High Schools. It bridges the gap between academic institutions and industry partners by centralizing internship (PKL) tracking, student journals, and alumni career mapping into one unified platform.

Problem

Previously, tracking student internships across various companies involved fragmented manual logbooks, unreliable attendance records, and difficult-to-trace alumni employment data. This created administrative bottlenecks and inaccurate reporting for school accreditations.

Engineered a robust SaaS architecture with a Laravel/React web dashboard for school administrators and industry supervisors, paired with a Flutter mobile application for students to perform real-time, location-based attendance and daily journaling.
